To The World,
Isn't it great when you find a song that matches perfectly to your day?!
How is it that your mood can totally change when you change your surroundings?
London has such as buzz. I'm considering moving there, its just so amazing.
I've been a few times before and enjoyed my times too- I've worked on photo shoots in the Tower 42 Building and been on the top floor for drinks at night time looking over London, which truly was out-of-this-world yet something as simple as the train journey up to London today talking to my sister (while standing, unfortunately,) was truly magical and then seeing my Dad waiting for our train as we arrived back home was lovely.
We visited the V&A after finding The National History Museum queue too long and then Harrods, but it wasn't the sights that made my day, it was the people. Although mostly on phones, clomping around in their heels, tourists clicking their cameras, employees handing out their cards/posters, the hot packed and sweaty buses and screaming ambulances all made a huge mark on me.
There are so many people in the world, all focused on their own paths and plans, all moving forward; its amazing to watch.
I was unsure of what song to announce today but I think I'm gonna choose... Perfect Day by Lou Reed (there are so many versions, listen to a few and find your favourite).
Treasure those perfect days...
